The date. The date. We finally have the date! No time to lose. No time to fray. We have the date! It’s official!
I'd rather have gone for a root canal, than experience the headache of our family and friends fighting for the perfect date. A few months have slithered by and we’ve had to swat all the barrage of dates recommended by our family. It was hard enough to find a beach that would accomodate over 200 people. Besides, dueling wedding dates to compete with our friends. After a few mild breakdowns, nothing to write the Chronicle about, out came my spine. Hello backbone? Welcome back. Would you like some tea and crumpets perhaps? I've discovered that you can't please everybody. It's our special day. So deal with it.
